3.EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping may be available for selected destinations during checkout.

4.SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

For certain destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

7.INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

8.LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Our support team will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
